• Ease of administration when the network gets bigger

• Centralized network management

• All data can be stored and backed up centrally in one location

Lack of client server network

• Need a professional network administrator

• Need a good device to use as a server computer

• Need operational software tools to simplify network management

• Budget for network management to be large

• When the server is down, all data and resources on the server cannot be accessed
